• Feeder inspections: Since 2010, we have performed extensive inspections on PHT Feeder Piping to justify these components’ fitness for service. Our inspections of this piping type are conducted using ultrasonic techniques executed by highly skilled technicians.  

• Feeder replacement: We provide feeder replacement services to several clients. During reactor operating cycles, feeder pipes are subject to wear through flow-assisted corrosion; this results in thinning of the feeder wall. Over time, this thinning reaches a critical point, and the feeder pipe needs to be replaced.  Our process and tooling ensure we gain access to all feeder configurations, whether they are short or long-reach. Through our continuous improvement program, we have successfully shortened the schedule for feeder replacement.
