Bob Duffy is senior vice president and chief administrative officer for BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT), overseeing human resources, security and environmental health and safety business operations.
With a passion for talent management and workforce development, Mr. Duffy has more than 30 years of human resources experience. Before joining BWXT, he served as senior vice president and chief human resources and administration officer for Harris Corporation, now known as L3Harris Technologies. His responsibilities included directing human resources, supply chain, quality, safety, security and continuous improvement functions. Prior to that, Mr. Duffy also held human resources leadership positions of increasing responsibility for several business units within United Technologies Corporation.
Mr. Duffy has completed multiple certifications, including the emerging leader program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He also holds a master’s degree in management and technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Muhlenberg College.
