On Thursday, June 29, 2023, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Toronto Fire Services arrived at the parking lot of BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada’s facility at 1025 Lansdowne Ave to respond to a fire located on the CP rail property. Toronto Fire Services accessed the fire through a fence on BWXT NEC’s site.
Toronto Fire Services extinguished the fire without further incident.
