What information do I need to provide in order to start ordering products?

We require a completed Customer Information Form (CIF) and a copy of the site Radioactive Materials License (RAML). Usually we can set up a new customer within one day if all information is received & cleared by our regulatory team.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via email to isotopesorders@bwxt.com or phone 1-800-267-6211 (North America) or 1-613-963-2621 (International). Standard office hours are 8am to 4pm ET.

Am I able to change my isotope order once it’s been placed?

Yes, we are flexible and customer focused, and will do our best to accommodate adjustments to isotope orders prior to shipping. Please call us at 1-800-267-6211 to speak with our Customer Service Team about changes you require.

I currently order Iodine-123 Sodium Iodide, how can I order Indium-111 Oxine or Indium-111 Chloride?

We will require a copy of your Radioactive Materials License (RAML) to verify. Once the license is cleared by our Regulatory team for the additional material and as long as the customer account details remain the same, you are ready to order under your current customer account.

What is the delivery process?

Once an order is received, our unique, order management system and carefully planned and managed transportation logistics focus on products reaching their destinations on time and usually in less than 24 hours.

What is the process for customs clearance?

Isotopes enter the US duty-free. We routinely arrange clearance through US customs for goods shipped from Canada. For shipments outside of the US & Canada the purchaser is responsible for the clearance of shipments consigned to them.

Is product available on statutory holidays?

Yes, we make sure product is available during most Canadian and US statutory holidays. Our offices also remain open.

Where do I find the expiry date for your isotope products?

The expiry date is listed at the top right of the Certificate of Analysis which is provided with every shipment.
