(NYSE: BWXT) (“BWXT”, “we”, “us” or the “Company”) reported third quarter 2022 GAAP net income attributable to BWXT of $61.6 million, or diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.67, on revenue of $523.7 million. Third quarter 2022 non-GAAP(1) net income attributable to BWXT was $63.0 million, or $0.69 diluted EPS.
