Every time I visit one of our sites, I’m reminded how much our success depends on the skill and dedication of the people doing the work that truly powers BWXT. National Welding Month is an important moment to recognize a group whose talent, precision and passion sits at the heart of our mission. Our welders bring an extraordinary level of attention, pride and care to everything they do. Their work isn’t just technical, it’s foundational. It enables us to deliver on commitments of national importance and support customers who depend on our excellence every day.
An example of that excellence is our team member Emma. Her journey into welding and the pride she takes in her craft, reflect the spirit, curiosity and determination we see across BWXT. Her story is a powerful reminder that the future of this profession is bright and built by people who genuinely love what they do.
To every welder across BWXT: thank you! Your expertise makes all the difference. Thank you for the work you do and the standard you set for all of us.
