We conduct community surveys to obtain feedback on our Public Information and Disclosure Program, including strengths and key areas for improvement.  

Our first survey was conducted in 2018 by Ipsos, an independent research firm. This survey provided our team with baseline community feedback shortly after the acquisition of the company in December 2016.

Based on CLC feedback, we conducted Focus Groups in 2026 through Abacus Data, a Canadian polling and market research firm. The excerpts of the key findings are included in the report and we will use this feedback, and past survey data, to continuously improve our programs.
