BWXT, Liburdi Teaming Up to Offer End-to-End Solutions for Nuclear Technology Customers

(CAMBRIDGE, Ontario – Feb. 19, 2026) BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) announced today the signing of a teaming agreement between its commercial operations subsidiary BWXT Canada Ltd., with Liburdi GAPCO, the specialty welding services division of Liburdi Dimetrics Corp., promoting business growth and market expansion for both organizations in the nuclear energy sector.

The agreement allows the companies to combine their expertise in installing and modifying nuclear components, using advanced welding technologies. As interest grows in new nuclear power plants and advanced reactor designs that use unique materials and complex configurations, the BWXT-Liburdi team is well-positioned to provide these services to both new and existing nuclear facilities in the Canadian and U.S. markets.

BWXT brings more than 70 years of experience in executing large, high-consequence nuclear energy projects, with an emphasis on project management, planning, field expertise, welding engineering and overall implementation. Liburdi specializes in developing new welding equipment, processes and specialty tooling for complex nuclear weld configurations.
