(LYNCHBURG, Va. – May 29, 2025) BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) today announced the appointment of Gonzalo Cajade as chief human resources officer (CHRO) effective June 1.
Mr. Cajade brings more than two decades of global human resources leadership experience, having held senior roles at TERREPOWER, Otis Elevator, United Technologies Corporation, and Sikorsky Aircraft. He is a proven human resources strategist with a passion for culture transformation, talent development, and building inclusive, high-performing organizations. Most recently, as executive vice president and chief people officer at TERREPOWER, Mr. Cajade led the design and deployment of an enterprise-wide people strategy to support rapid growth, M&A integration, and operational transformation. He has lived and worked across four continents and brings a unique, multicultural perspective to leadership. Mr. Cajade will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
