BWXT Adds Candice Robertson and Linda Bauer to Technical Services Group Leadership Team

(LYNCHBURG, Virginia – May 14, 2025) – BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) announced today the addition of two senior executives with extensive nuclear industry experience to its Technical Services Group, Inc. leadership team.

Candice Robertson will serve as TSG’s Deputy for Environment, Energy and New Missions, and Linda Bauer will serve as Deputy for Nuclear Security and Laboratories. Both will report to TSG President Heatherly Dukes.

Brief Biography: Candice Robertson

Robertson has more than 20 years of experience leading highly technical programs, including driving excellence in contract and project management; environment, health, safety, and security; and external engagement for the world’s largest environmental remediation program. She previously held various leadership roles in the DOE’s Office of Environmental Management. She served as DOE’s Chief Human Capital Officer and senior staff for three Energy Deputy Secretaries. Outside of DOE, she was Chief of Staff to Nuclear Regulatory Commissioner Bradley Crowell and Director at Robison/Seidler. She also served as a Nye County (Nevada) Commissioner. Robertson holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from California Baptist University.

Brief Biography: Linda Bauer

Bauer has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in support of the DOE and NNSA. She most recently served as a fellow at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) on detail to NNSA as leader of its Enterprise Blueprint initiative. Prior to that, she was the deputy director of LLNL, and she held senior roles at the Y-12 National Security Complex, Pantex, and the Savannah River Site. Bauer was also a senior vice president for Los Alamos Technical Associates (LATA), Inc. Bauer holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Memphis as well as master’s and Ph.D. degrees in environmental health physics, both from Purdue University.
