BWXT Names Joey Hoskins as Vice President, Business Development

02 December 2021

Former Business Development VP Mark Barth Transitioning to Savannah River Site IMCC Role

(LYNCHBURG, Va. – Dec. 1, 2021) – BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) announced today that Joey Hoskins has been promoted to the position of vice president, Business Development. Hoskins will report to Ken Camplin, president of BWXT’s Nuclear Services Group.

In this role, Hoskins will coordinate and drive the company’s diverse business development efforts such as capture management, strategic planning and other partnering initiatives.

Hoskins joined BWXT in 2007 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as a finance manager and a division controller before assuming his most recent role as a director of Business Development. Prior to joining BWXT, he was a management analyst at BearingPoint. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Hoskins replaces Mark Barth, who is transitioning to a new role as the business manager for Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC, the new BWXT-led environmental management contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site Integrated Mission Completion Contract.

“For almost 15 years, Joey has been making important contributions to BWXT in a number of key financial, management and business development roles across a variety of our operations,” said Camplin. “He has strong relationships with our customers and peer companies with whom we collaborate. Joey has become a strong marketplace presence for BWXT, and I am highly confident Joey will expertly lead this critical function as we continue to seek and win new business.”
