B&W Announces Key Personnel Changes at the Y-12 National Security Complex
The Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W) announces, effective immediately, Charles (Chuck) G. Spencer is serving as Acting President and General Manager for Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Y-12, LLC, the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) managing contractor for the Y-12 National Security Complex. Darrel P. Kohlhorst, B&W Y-12 President and General Manager, and William R. Klemm, Deputy General Manager of Operations, have retired.

With an emphasis on NNSA sites and Environmental Management projects, Spencer brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of B&W TSG.
