(BWXT Canada) has been awarded a CA$48 million amendment to its existing steam generator purchase agreement from Bruce Power. The amendment reflects the addition of steam drums to Bruce Power’s steam generator agreement with BWXT Canada previously announced July 2016.

BWXT Announces $795 Million in Contract Options and Awards for Naval Nuclear Reactor Components

(NYSE:BWXT) announced today that the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program has exercised contract options with BWXT’s subsidiary, BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc., totaling approximately $784 million for the manufacture of naval nuclear reactor components. New contracts valued at approximately $11 million were also awarded.
